Welcome to Indian Lake Christian Service Camp. We offer a safe environment where your kids can grow in Christ while experiencing a taste of the "great outdoors" and a lot of fun...and we are still able to provide it as a great value. Camp is a place where lifelong friendships are born and grow, a place for fun and relaxation, a place to learn about the Scriptures, and so much more.

We also provide opportunities for you "older campers" to rent our facilities for retreats, parties, and other fellowship opportunities.

	Camp News IMPORTANT NEWS! (19-Aug-2008) August Newsletter posted in the News Gallery! IMPORTANT NEWS! (28-Jul-2008) Due to the health problems of one of the co-Deans and a lack of camper applications, the Executive Board has decided to cancel Chosen and Precious week of camp for this year. The camp was to be held from August 17 to 19. We hope to reinstitute the camp next season. URGENT PRAYER REQUESTS (16-Jul-2008) We just received word yesterday that Roger Colburn, our vice-president of the Board of Directors, has been diagnosed with a highly advanced and seemingly aggressive stage of colon cancer and is very sick. Please pray for his family and that God's will be done. Roger is a strong supporter of the camp program and has served as a co-dean for Chosen and Precious. We also had some concern yesterday as Becky Burton, our assistant manager was having some pain and went to the hospital to check it out. Since she is five months pregnant, we were all in prayer that everything would be okay. She is home and still is some pain, but the baby is okay and she is doing better. Pray that she will get rest, get well, and return to work soon. JULY NEWS IN BRIEF Cost of pool repairs ran close to $8,000 – still need donations to retire this debt. Continue to encourage your youngsters to register for their specific week of camp. Check out the camp website at www.indianlakecamp.org. Nurse still needed for Senior II Week on Sunday, August 10, during registration and Friday night into Saturday morning, August 15 – 16, 2008. Next food sale at Chesapeake Quality Traders is August 4, 2008. Golf Tournament Coordinator needed – contact Jim (443-807-0851) or Lance (443-807-0150) for more information. Pray for and plan to attend the Regional Informational meetings being scheduled for late September 2008. Pray daily for our camp season, the deans, staffers and campers.
